Condon Fabulous 4th of July The Fabulous 4th of July celebration is our community’s premier event. The town doubles in size as folks from near and far come to join the festivities. Kids delight in grabbing candy thrown from the ANNUAL parade's entrants…not once but twice, when the parade turns around and retraces its steps. Main Street shuts down for an old fashioned soap box derby and tricycle races for all ages. Adults enjoy activities like the golf tournament or just running into an old friend on the street that they haven’t seen in ages.
